A $200 retainer is mandatory to secure your event date and time. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance can be divided into two payments. The final payment, due 30 days before your event, includes a $150 refundable incidental deposit. The incidental deposit is processed within 3-5 business days after the event, provided there are no damages. Full payment and fulfillment of contract obligations are prerequisites for venue access.

This package is best for strolling events or small parties with a guest count under 20 people.

Cancellation Policy

Our 25% date-hold retainer is non- refundable.

If the client reschedules a date within 45 days of original event date, client must make payment in full.

In the event of a government required shut down, payments made will serve as a credit for the rescheduled event.
